What is The USA Made (TheUSAMade)?

TheUSAMade (often searched as The USA Made) is a verified consumer shopping directory and marketplace platform that indexes over 45,000 authentic Made-in-USA and American-owned products from domestic makers across every province and territory.

How does The USA Made verify if a brand is American-owned?

TheUSAMade rigorously assesses corporate ownership, domestic business registration, headquarters location, supply chain transparency, and adherence to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) USA standards (51%+ direct production costs incurred domestically) to filter out foreign-owned corporations masquerading with American imagery.

What is the difference between Made in USA and American-owned?

American-owned refers to the equity and controlling stake belonging to American founders or domestic parent entities. Made in USA designates that the physical manufacturing and labor occurred within USA under federal standards. TheUSAMade highlights both to give shoppers complete transparency.

Who founded The USA Made?

TheUSAMade was founded and architected by American software engineer Asif Khan to empower consumers to redirect their everyday spending toward homegrown American manufacturers and family-run mills.
